Armi Easterby – Williams Kherkher

Armi Easterby is a commercial trial lawyer who manages the commercial & consumer litigation section at the Williams Kherkher Law Firm. Armi’s practice includes environmental cases (including cases relating to environmental contamination from MTBE, PCB, and lead), and other property damage cases throughout the United States. Williams Kherkher was founded in 1983 and continues to fight hard to ensure that every client’s right to a fair trial is preserved. Armi graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 1996, and was also an Associate Editor on the Houston Law Review. Armi also served a director on the Houston Law Review’s Alumni Board of Directors for several years, and is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Roger Rider – The Rider Law Firm

Graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center, Rider also served as an editor of the Houston Law Review and Chief of the Order of the Barons Honor Society. With the respect and support of his peers, he has served as director and secretary of the Houston Bar Association. Certified in Civil Trial Law by both the Texas board of Legal Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocates, Rider has been selected by Texas Monthly as a Texas Super Lawyer. He has now returned to the Law Center as an adjunct professor teaching Remedies while maintaining a full practice as a trial lawyer.

Carlos A. Leon – The Leon Law Firm

Carlos A. Leon has been practicing law in Texas for over 14 years. Prior to practicing law, Carlos earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in Political Science in 1991. While at the University of Houston, Carlos was a three-year letter winner on the university’s nationally ranked football team. In his senior year, Carlos was selected to the GTE All-Southwest Conference Academic All American team. Upon graduating, Carlos attended the University of Houston School of Law where he graduated in 1995. After spending his first year as a litigation associate for a small civil firm in Dallas, Texas, Carlos returned to Houston to head the personal injury department at a Houston Litigation Firm. During his career serving the Houston community, Carlos has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. In addition, Carlos has successfully tried cases to verdict in many counties in Texas. Currently, Carlos practices in the areas of property damage liability, premises liability, products liability, auto collisions, commercial trucking accidents, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, toxic exposure cases and pharmaceutical claims. Over the past several years, Carlos has successfully handled several hundred storm related property damage claims. The Leon Law Firm, P.C. currently represents many clients and businesses that have suffered Hurricane Ike related damages, but received little or no cooperation from their respective insurance companies. He is completely fluent in Spanish. Carlos currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Carlos is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Association for Justice and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
